Selecting your team couldn’t be simpler. The app will have arranged all your players into Green (Available) Orange (Maybe or haven’t responded) and Red (Can’t make it). You can prompt people to mark their availability with instructions here
Clicking on the players give you several options that allow you to determine the players role with in the team on the day.
