Haslemere Hockey Club has teamed up with Heidi Wells to provide discounted access for all adult club members and junior member parents to her online Video-on-Demand Pilates platform. This Pilates platform contains a series of specially recorded videos that you are able to follow in the comfort of your own home.
The Video-on-demand platform specifically include a series of short videos aimed at helping people who spend long hours at a desk or seated in a vehicle.
Heidi has been connected to the Hockey Club for over 30 years including several years as Club President. As a Chartered Physiotherapist Heidi has treated many hockey players during that time and for the last 4 years has been teaching Pilates and stretch classes, which she has now moved live online.
