Club House, Pavilion Extension

Waverley Borough Council & Woolmer Hill Sports Association, the organisation that looks after our Club House/Pavilion are requesting planning permission to SIGNIFICANTLY improve the Pavilion.

This will involve:

1. Upgrading the pavilion with a large external first floor terrace
2. Expanding and modernising the kitchen
3. Refurbishing the existing spaces especially the first floor bar area
4. A New single storey extension
5. A usable flat roof

The refurbishment and the new terraces on the first floor level will provide superb views over the playing pitches, as well as allow the venue to be hired out to generate additional revenue which will help significantly with running costs.

Planning has been submitted and we are asking you to support this planning application. The more support the application receives from the local community the less likely the planning will be turned down.
