Haslemere Mens 2s play in South Central South 2. The 2s are an extremely friendly and social team, giving opportunities to those pushing themselves for the Mens 1s while also ensuring a fun and exciting atmosphere for the team to enjoy their hockey.
Following promotion in 2022-23, the team is now looking forward to challenging near the top of the league again with a new coach in place.
Rob ‘Bobby’ Grech brings over 10 years experience of playing and coaching abroad. After having spent the last few season with the Men’s 1s, he is currently undertaking the Level 2 England Hockey award and looking forward to a new experience as a player/ coach role with the Men’s 2 next season. He is excited about pushing through some talented youngsters at the club and sets high expectations for a strong campaign in 2024/25.
The Mens 2s are looking to push on during the 2024-25 season and challenge for promotion. We are actively recruiting for players looking to push themselves at this level.
