Regretfully my message didn’t make the recent comms sent out, so please see below.
I have been very proud of all our senior playing members this year, some of you have just been outstanding in your personal contributions to the club whether it was umpiring, playing two games, stepping up to organise and generally having a positive attitude – all of which helps to make all of our hockey lives easier. I am stepping down as Director of Hockey and would like to personally thank our two club captains – Graham Stopher and Jess Edwards for their hard work and commitment to the role. They really do a great job for you all and have difficult decisions to make sometimes to ensure HHC turn out to play with their best foot forward.
I look forward to seeing all our senior members stepping up to help out and bringing a positive feel to your club next year – a little help from all, really does go a long way.
So, thank you all for a great season and please read the season summaries of how you all got on.
